Nathan is an experienced solicitor who assists various corporate clients and multinational companies in a wide range of industries with their Australian law and international law obligations. Recently, Nathan has been involved in providing advice to Singapore Airlines on commercial leases, advising WD-40 on its distribution agreements in relation to new product lines, Howard Storage World on its trading terms and conditions and other investment companies on their corporate compliance requirements.
Nathan has also been involved in numerous commercial and property transaction matters including acting for residential property developers on the sale of off-the-plan apartment buildings and acting for vendors and purchasers on the sale and purchase of small to medium-sized businesses.
Before practising as a commercial and property lawyer, Nathan spent over 3 years providing business structuring advice to businesses with a focus on tax flexibility and asset protection. He also assists high net wealth individuals with their estate and succession planning needs.
Speaking both Cantonese and Mandarin, with a background in corporate restructure and tax coupled with his broad commercial and property experience, Nathan has the necessary tools to provide clients with accurate, timely and practical advice.
